No. Each home is quoted individually based on size, layout, inventory needs, labor, and market conditions. This allows us to provide accurate, customized proposals rather than one-size-fits-all pricing.
Full payment is required prior to staging installation. Staging will not be scheduled or installed without payment received.
All vacant staging contracts include a 45-day staging period beginning on the installation date.
Extensions are an option in 30-day increments (at the rate stated within the original proposal) until the home is under contract or until instructed to destage home.
To maintain fairness and consistency, all clients are held to the same pricing and contract terms.
