A staging consultation is a detailed walk-through of your home designed to prepare it for the market. We evaluate each room with a buyer’s eye and provide tailored, room-by-room recommendations on what to declutter, rearrange, remove, or enhance to highlight your home’s best features. Following the consultation, a written consultation report will be provided outlining these recommendations. If additional styling is beneficial, an Accessory Staging package may be recommended to supplement your existing furnishings with curated décor, lighting, and select pieces to elevate the home’s presentation for photos and showings
